Gipsey Bridge Preschool
Welcome to Gipsey Bridge Preschool, where we lay the foundation for your child’s bright future. Since opening our doors in January 2004, we have grown from offering just three morning sessions a week to providing comprehensive childcare from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday during term time. Our commitment to nurturing young minds and supporting families has fueled our growth and popularity over the years.

Experienced and Caring Team
Our dedicated team, led by Manager Maxine Holland and Deputy Manager Elaine Mitchell, consists of highly qualified professionals who are passionate about early childhood education. Each staff member holds a DBS certificate and undergoes a thorough induction process to ensure they meet our high standards.
Comprehensive Services
We offer a range of services to accommodate the needs of busy families, including a breakfast club, afterschool club, and a convenient pickup and drop-off service (subject to availability and location). Our preschool does not operate a catchment area, welcoming children from all surrounding areas and working closely with schools in Boston, Coningsby, Tattershall, Stickney, Sibsey, Spilsby, and our three local schools: Gipsey Bridge Academy, New York Primary, and Frithville Primary.

Registered with OFSTED under the Early Years Childcare Compulsory Register, our last inspection in April 2023 awarded us an overall rating of ‘GOOD’. The report highlights our commitment to excellence:

Continuous Improvement / Community and Inclusion
We are regularly visited by the Early Years and Childcare Support Service to ensure we meet all children’s needs and keep our staff updated with current legislation and best practices.
As a committee-run preschool, we value the input and participation of our parents. We hold approximately four meetings per year and are always looking for new members to join our friendly committee team. This collaborative approach ensures we remain a community-focused, inclusive setting.
